The Blessed Misfits are studying Steve Sjogren’s Conspiracy of Kindness, which takes a unique approach to sharing the love of Jesus. As a result, they will be doing 2 events in December to spread kindness in the name of Jesus. They are:
Laundry Love – on Wednesday, December 14th from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, we will be going to 2 laundromats in Palmyra to pay for laundry and provide soap and dryer sheets. We are collecting quarters (other forms of money also appreciated) to help pay for this act of kindness. This can be dropped off in the large glass container in the Narthex.
Gift Wrapping – the Misfits will also be providing a free gift-wrapping service on Tuesday, December 13th and Thursday, December 15th during Awakenings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. We will also be wrapping gifts during the Blood Drive on Saturday, December 17th. While we have paper, ribbon, bows, and tags, we would be happy to take your extras off of your hands. Please let your friends and family know about this special service!
