Partnering with Habitat for Humanity for the Chestnut Street Build

Work is underway to rehab a house just
outside of the city of Lebanon located at 1824
Chestnut Street. This house will have a special
relationship with Palmyra First Church as
some of the money we donated to Habitat
has been designated for this house that will
become the home to a deserving family.
Pastor Jim was present on Friday, October
21st to offer a blessing for the site. A site
blessing sets the tone for the work we do in
serving God by serving our neighbors. You
too can be about Serving Christ, Changing
Lives by participating in the build. While you
can volunteer on you own, Palmyra First has
a standing appointment to serve, which we
call First Fridays with First because we
volunteer each first Friday of the Month.
